I would mostly likely convert them into a reward to my work , Actually doing this for sometime , after the alarm goes off I switch off / silent my phone , work on my laptop , Completely chilling 📱 after dinner till sleep after a productive day 🙃

Yeah I found only one solution , Dopamine Detox , I recently came across this , like you need to be completely idle for a day without any distractions once a week , I didn't try it as I am not that affected. I will deeply suggest knowing more about Dopamine Detox 🧠

Learning per second in watching a reel is less, no matter how informative it is, because retention is low due to lower attention span. I bet you guys, while doomscrolling, cannot recall what you saw 5 reels ago.
