I would mostly likely convert them into a reward to my work , Actually doing this for sometime , after the alarm goes off I switch off / silent my phone , work on my laptop , Completely chilling ๐ฑ after dinner till sleep after a productive day ๐
Thatโs good but how can someone improve their attention span after getting really affected?
Yeah I found only one solution , Dopamine Detox , I recently came across this , like you need to be completely idle for a day without any distractions once a week , I didn't try it as I am not that affected. I will deeply suggest knowing more about D
Iโm trying several dopamine detox like I donโt use instagram,watch adult content,eat sugar for more than a year but still I feel my attention span is too low
Ok then If I am not sounding like more youtubish , There's 1) READING BOOKS 2) WORKING OUT I think I didn't notice , Has working out improved my life in the past two months ๐ค๐
Iโm doing everything working out regularly for last 5 years and reading books sometimes whenever I feel like for the past 1 year but ๐ฅฒ
