You're getting 16k less than what your colleague is getting. Adjust brother, a good door will definitely open up.

I agree it just 16k less, but it is not just about the money. It is about being valued, I worked hard to get converted to full time and not to sound arogant but I do work better and harder than my some colleagues who are getting paid better for less

If you're mentally struggling there Then it's better to leave and find some other even with a bit low salary

You've 3 options 1. Switch once you get good opportunity 2. Adjust the present 3. Go to somewhere even with lower package if you think they will encourage the work you do and may give you a hike
