I am currently working as SDE in a company with package of almost 11LPA (Base), which was promised to me as 13LPA (Base) during internship. While converting the HR team told me the packages are revised due to my college being a Teir-3 college. While
I am trying to look for other companies but no luck yet, bcoz i just graduated and every job openings requires experience and I have less than 1 year experience (excluding internships).
