I agree it just 16k less, but it is not just about the money. It is about being valued, I worked hard to get converted to full time and not to sound arogant but I do work better and harder than my some colleagues who are getting paid better for lesser work

Took an iPhone 16 plus this week and got it replaced with my iPhone 13 only because the speaker stopped working. Feel absolute no difference using it, only a better camera and sound, which I am pretty sure automatically depreciates over time.
