Slogging "our own company". Who doesn't work their ass off for their own company? You know that if you would make profit, you will be the one enjoying not your fixed salaried donkeys which hardly would benefit from it. Phle context smjh or fr preach kr.

Yaar by default we are more likely to take an easier route with less struggles. If you have to drive to someplace and you know one route is very bad and the other is very smooth. You would take that, the context is not your own company or doing a job for someone else. The context is wrongfully committing yourself to say haa kar lenge ho jayega, dekhenge and then crying about it. Who doesn’t do it for their own company matlab khudka company ho tab hi disproportionate effort daaloge? Job ke liye nahi? The way i see it, my company was my career and i had to do whatever was needed to survive in my career. Job is the same in that regard, job is their career and they should do whatever it takes to get the best outcome. Sometimes it is keeping your head down and let your work speak.
