They are giving discount in starting because of their back-up vc funding but in this model price is consistent for both drivers and customer. According to logic this model is much affordable so ofcourse people will use that model in long term. Business is all about scalability and yes company always makes less profit but atleast company is dominating

I have not used Namma yatri but I really liked in-drive , where the driver can set the price and you can set your and based on that both can negotiate but there is a base price . That model seems to be more sustainable to me
