Rules - 1600cc max Route- multiple Jan-Feb in J&K March-April in NorthEast May-June in Rajasthan July-Aug in Kerala/Tamil Nadu Sept-Oct in Karnataka/Maharashtra/AP/Orrisa Nov-Dec in MP/Chattisgarh/UP Rules- 1. Same car will be driven in all areas on ordinary roads. 2. Max speed limit 150(though it is 120 officially) 3. Will be driven with regular traffic. Empty roads don't make good drivers. Just because you drive fast, you are competing against time and not promoting regional culture.
