Not necessarily needed, most schools and colleges don't allow that, and a few will allow to deliver to the gate which is pretty much what other delivery services offer. So what would be your USP? , Why would an investor invest?
I was just thinking about how it would be if the government decided to provide tax benefits to business owners for teaching classes in colleges and schools.
