It can be a part in Hyper markets and malls. But nobody can replace our neighbourhod kirana store, where Lalaji provides credit on a copy and knows the locality like his family.

Its contradictory to the way Indian business operates is the opinion of not only our commentators but most of the MSME owners, local business owners and industry experts. But in my opinion we must not be changeless/resisted to the coming trends/overseas business models. We can adapt them by making few changes. Think of this for a while. Track the needful localities for vending machines. Organisation/market area(known for local vegetable sellers) are be formed by that vending machine startups. Local business owners joins them on contract base and they'll place vending machines in several crowded areas. Investments and funds will be shared among them. Integrating with kirana stores couldn't be beneficial and accessible to people where they needed. So, this idea with some more changes helps. Security will be done through cctv's, having them in police control, security alarm system makes it a luring business model. Oh my God! What did I just said? Seems sensible to me either!!

It has a high chance of robbery in india... Can't deny that threat 🚫 😔 also it would take some time for us Indians to make it a part of our eco system too .. what do you think??

See, take an example of any mart, like Dainik bazar. You will find richest people buying items in loose not packed like, rice, pulses or any other grains. People are going for packed for which they don't have any options. So it will take generation to change. It will happen but not today. You can see, many cycle rental companies got flopped in India. Don't be negative, but try to modify with the current relevant scenarios. Sorry for my bad English knowledge 😕

Manan i think this will work for places/spaces with either proven or high expectation of self governance. Look for places where waiting for something or a queue is normal and acceptable and place in such areas, like hospitals, airport entrance, or little out there but police stations for them to grab something on the go or people to calm their nerves while they wait to file a report. Don’t think of large scale, start small and start simple always.

I love the Idea of Vending Machines. Just grab whatever you crave whenever you feel like. It's sad that India is still not ready to adapt this concept as of now.

Definitely not in the near future. But in the long run things could be like Japan.

No,India is a Diverse formation,We can't make a machine like a human,as we Value the Resources,that Ensures the opportunity and services and even humans are more sustainable than machines

Bro! Please don't even think off. We have a lot of population or a major chunk surviving on stores like kirana stores, general and similar. This idea is gonna 90% work but in area like tourist places and villages, there only one thing left for earning , and mostly foreigners visit, and we know foreigners won't prefer shops, they will directly use machine and you will be the culprit on people's lay off from even this kind of business
