English is not a secret so to speak. Everyone knows the fundamentals. You can’t just form sentences coherently and quickly in my opinion. Try to read the dictionary once in a while just like your local language you speak, its just about saying what feels right/good. Not that it matters very much. Because I had never seen rakesh jhunjhunwala speaking fluently in eng..and his net worth never cared about it..
