Watch shows like Big Bang Theory, Friends, etc. You can also read comic books if that interests you. Follow US talk shows, like SNL, Jimmy Falon, etc. This will help you learn some already framed sentences that you can use as it is.

Speak with an English speaking crowd. Your mind picks up more from your interactions. It's the fastest way to learn a language.

Only way is by speaking and listening to people speak. Watching shows and documentaries and songs will help.

English is not a secret so to speak. Everyone knows the fundamentals. You can’t just form sentences coherently and quickly in my opinion. Try to read the dictionary once in a while just like your local language you speak, its just about saying what feels right/good. Not that it matters very much. Because I had never seen rakesh jhunjhunwala speaking fluently in eng..and his net worth never cared about it..

Hey i have been there, bullied for not being able to speak fluently among my so posch friends in school. I randomly started to watch friends with captions and some old English movies, mostly fast and furious, James bond series. Also watching cartoon in English really helps.

Rather than watching or just reading books which you should as it enhances your vocabulary, frequently speak in English with your fellow mates and also self speak in English wheather oral or in mind ..

Until 5th grade, i studied in a Hindi government school in my village. Then, my parents enrolled me in an international school in my nearby city. ... Until 8th grade, I struggled with English, math, and science. In 9th grade, I got a smartphone and decided to create an immersive English learning environment for myself, one that was virtual rather than physical. I surrounded myself with English by watching English shows, reading English articles, listening to English music, and following popular foreign YouTubers/influencers. Whenever I encountered an unfamiliar word, I would simply long-press it on Google and a new pop-up would appear with the meaning. As you can see, the key is to create an environment, and while a physical environment might not always be feasible, especially in Northern India, a virtual one can be extremely effective.

Think, read, write and speak in English as much as you can.
