I have an short idea called. First we build an app for controling switch offs in smart phones. So, that we can keep track of phone if phone is stolen by someone else means. First they will switch off the phone if they have stolen. So,we provide app that will ask fingerprint or pattern for user recognitions purpose. So we can protect phone and keep track of phone.

If you want to create an app like that then first and most imporatnt of all you have to protect the sim card. How will you do that. No one can do that but , yeah there is a solution for that. It is you have to create or analyze the sensor from the phone only to take out the simIf given permission the sim slit will open and if forced to open the slot then it will automatically on the location and you can trace it. No one will be able to switched off the phone since they require the fingerprint.

Adding to your idea How can u locate the phone? Even if it's switched on ,if the thief remove the sim card from the phone ,ur mobile cannot be tracked (anyways they won't connect wifi if they have idea to keep the phone ,so tracking the IMEI number of the phone even if it's possible throught internet won't be possible here as no internet connectivity) Solution: In the phone we eject sim via pin or a sim ejector tool.This should be modified in the upcoming hardwares of the phones Such that without verifying lockid or fingerprint sim shouldnt be ejected even if pin is inserted .This is not possible in existing phones as hardware modification is needed And also one more things the sim ejecting part of the hardware should be modified such it couldnt be hacked by technican And should be locked for a day on multiple false entries
