I have been researching smartphone companies for a while because I want to bulid one in the future and there is a problem with making your own os like you have to get app developer on board to make apps for your platform and also the problem is the specifications like you can't manufacture processor which are as fast as the flagship ones in India and honestly we have to rely of other companies for other parts but one thing you can propose Luxury customization there is a company called caviar which makes luxury customization for iPhone and stuff, you can do similar in india

We will obviously have to rely on other companies for some parts, but the idea is to customize it as much as possible to make it the best version of smartphones. I may probably come up with a solution on operating systems as well in 2025
