The idea seems good,but how will you begin accomodating users? Will you choose to onboard drivers or riders first? As brilliant the idea seems, there is going to be operational issues. Best of luck with your plans.

Thank you for your support and candid questions. We will focus first on groups of customers who will need periodic usage of our service, eg Older people travelling to doctors and medicine shops for routine checkups and meds, children going to school, employees cycling to work because they cant afford a motorised vehicle, businesses where employees need to travel long routes within their workplace. In this phase we can keep a few deivers on our payroll and focus on every individual riders needs. After this, we plan to test the on-demand function which will require us to focus more on the onboarding of drivers.
