First of all, the required drone size would likely exceed regulations in many parts of the country. The idea is good but your competitors hold 80% of the e-commerce market and for this work you need an experienced team and if someone's house is near the airport then your drone cannot reach there. First of all, you have to make a name for yourself in the e-commerce market, so for that, you should spend most of your time on marketing.

It's innovative idea and very new idea .. so its little bit hard to execute this because alot of big companies are doing this same. And they are still at testing stages some of them achieve some delivery numbers. So you have to be carefully deep dive into this idea to compete or catch them.. the idea is great..
