I think it will work It's definitely a new idea there are few business related to this niche but still it hadn't shown too much growth and the main reason behind this is that they are selling their salad in too much price...and due to this large number of consumer couldn't able to buy it. Salads do not need to be cheaper. Quality, Differentiation and branding is more important. The why factor will do differentiation. Why should I buy your product and not others?

I don't know about much startups regarding this. But definitely needed in this market the problem is there is no big startup regarding just salads and low cost. Either it's prices are on roofs or thwy do different things and salads didnt even in their top list. I would say focus only on salads and make it a small store and make great marketing and opening in Zomato, swiggy. You can make it big.

This is really a cool idea.... However, in addition to salads try the different one's like spicy sprouts sandwich, oats sandwich, rajma burger, chickpeas burger, protein shawarma,peanut butter pizza.... These are healthy and you will get in low prices

There's a big dip in healthy food while considering ppl going to gym. Like i felt it personally, that its diff for me to make a proteincious healthy food for myself while bulking. Its a good thing as well considering more ppl are going to gym. Hope that helps
