I think it will work It's definitely a new idea there are few business related to this niche but still it hadn't shown too much growth and the main reason behind this is that they are selling their salad in too much price...and due to this large number of consumer couldn't able to buy it. They don't think it's relevant to buy salad So you can work on the drawbacks point and can create a successful business Best of luck!
