I don't know about much startups regarding this. But definitely needed in this market the problem is there is no big startup regarding just salads and low cost. Either it's prices are on roofs or thwy do different things and salads didnt even in their top list. I would say focus only on salads and make it a small store and make great marketing and opening in Zomato, swiggy. You can make it big.
