There's a big dip in healthy food while considering ppl going to gym. Like i felt it personally, that its diff for me to make a proteincious healthy food for myself while bulking. Its a good thing as well considering more ppl are going to gym. Hope that helps

I have a problem!
I stay in hostel & has been hitting gym for past 2 months, protein adequate diet has been my biggest issue throughout my journey buz mess food does not meet my protein requirements.
