It's the relation that between founder and employee if they handle them just like boss way then it's a red flag and people have to keep every input in postive way if they don't like it also because In startup every one is important
There are two types of parents one who invest on you.. red flag for you if you want to do startup..
Second one who invest with you... They are green flag. .
