Digital platform for joint house ownership. Let me illustrate the idea through an example: Mr. A has 10 lakh rupees and wants to invest in real estate, but his capital is too small for a full investment. On the other hand, Mr. B dreams of owning a house worth 50 lakh rupees but currently has 40 lakh rupees. Solution: Mr. B posts a deal on our app, seeking funds to jointly purchase a house. Through the platform, Mr. A and Mr. B connect, forming a partnership to buy the property. Mr. B, as the occupant, may pay proportionate rent to Mr. A. Revenue stream -Charging fee to facilitate binding agreements between investors (Mr. A) and homeowners (Mr. B). -Charging platform fees -Offering ad services (to Mr. B), such as boosted deal visibility, for a fee. What are your thoughts on this concept? How can we enhance it further? Share your feedback in the comments below!
