Digital platform for joint house ownership. Let me illustrate the idea through an example: Mr. A has 10 lakh rupees and wants to invest in real estate, but his capital is too small for a full investment. On the other hand, Mr. B dreams of owning a house worth 50 lakh rupees but currently has 40 lakh rupees. Solution: Mr. B posts a deal on our app, seeking funds to jointly purchase a house. Through the platform, Mr. A and Mr. B connect, forming a partnership to buy the property. Mr. B, as the occupant, may pay proportionate rent to Mr. A. Revenue stream -Charging fee to facilitate binding agreements between investors (Mr. A) and homeowners (Mr. B). -Charging platform fees -Offering ad services (to Mr. B), such as boosted deal visibility, for a fee. The thing is to get the deal between mr. a & b is impossible. Just because of the Intrinsic need to have a house to your name. I bet your own father wouldn’t agree sharing home ownership with someone else, how can other consumers?

does co ownership works in real estate. people will likely to have a loan of 10 lakhs instead, from banks. and the annuity of loan can be paid through rent received on real eastate. if the CIBIL score of person is low then it might be helpful.

See the concept is good but have few problems 1) making a aggregment stating each one share 2) which one will stay for how long 3) real-estate is actually a game of debt so wouldn't become take that?
