If an organization or anyone can steal your idea ! It represents weakness in you . To be a founder / entrepreneur develop the mindset that no one else can do or work on your idea like you do .

There is no such idea which cannot be worked or improved upon, be it Apple, Google, Microsoft, anyone. It's always the first mover advantage or a USP factor. Get off your high horse and face the ground reality.
