I am confused as in how am I supposed to save my "idea" while sharing it on the platform for others to see? If I have a certain idea and due to financial constraints, the idea hasn't come to life yet, in that case if i approach or try to partner with certain organizations..i would be expected to share the plan and if I do so, how can I ensure that my idea would not be exploited by those people?

If an organization or anyone can steal your idea ! It represents weakness in you . To be a founder / entrepreneur develop the mindset that no one else can do or work on your idea like you do .
