If an organization or anyone can steal your idea ! It represents weakness in you . To be a founder / entrepreneur develop the mindset that no one else can do or work on your idea like you do .

That's now how it works. Majority out there suggest that it is better to not disclose those ideas until you have gained the first move. And there is no such thing as "No one can do it like you do". That's an inflated sense of self worth and being hum

There is no such idea which cannot be worked or improved upon, be it Apple, Google, Microsoft, anyone. It's always the first mover advantage or a USP factor. Get off your high horse and face the ground reality.
