If an organization or anyone can steal your idea ! It represents weakness in you . To be a founder / entrepreneur develop the mindset that no one else can do or work on your idea like you do .

That's now how it works. Majority out there suggest that it is better to not disclose those ideas until you have gained the first move. And there is no such thing as "No one can do it like you do". That's an inflated sense of self worth and being humble is necessary. There is a thing called First Mover Advantage. it's called one, for a reason. If I have worked on that project and the prototype is ready then it's not a problem else you would be done.
