How difficult is it to get quality resource fro non elite institute? Resources who has the ability to be autonomous, think on their own feet and not dependent on SOP based structure?

Exactly my point! It is not really difficult to get quality resources from non-elite institutes. It purely depends on how smart is your hiring process to select the resource who can solve or contribute to solve your business problem.

Really smart entrepreneurs are aware of this. They do not look for IIM IIT tag anymore. Some dumb ones still do but I guess they won't survive in long run. Kamath brothers chose to not hire from these so called elite crowd.
