Only few known startups are able to penetrate in these market and able to perform. Rest of them , either did not get their target audience or were not able to provide that efficient service to people . So if someone can built something useful or can provide some value only to people of these non-metropolitan cities, they still have huge chance to make it upto the apex of startup ecosystem.
