Ikr but their are some other factors aswell(and all of them are completely based on my observation), like- 1- People from small cities are not much tech savy so anything which involves too much of technology in it , can never work with them. 2- Quality of service they are getting against their money which tends to decrease in smaller cities as compared to metropolitan cities. 3 - Payment methods- Customer from these markets generally does not believe in paying in advance against the product or service, they have ordered. So that affects it as well.. And so on !!
