I am planning to go for an MBA next year (not sure about which field) from tier 1 universities in India, for which I'll be appearing for CAT 24, even though cracking it is the first priority for getting selected.

"Highest ROI" depends on your skills, not college. Don't think college as "placement centres". Even IIT Bombay was not able to place it's students this year. The world is changing

Placement stats for IIT Gandhinagar
Two things that surprised me.
I - Percentage of folks placed are too low. Even Comp Science is below 70%. In lower departments like Civil / Materials, 2 out of 3 are not placed.
2 - Median salary for electric
I am thinking of dropping out of college as it takes so much of my time because of which I am not able to focus on my business idea.I don't want to waste my 4 years. Is it the right decision????
