hey everyone I'm a passionate student of computer science but stuck between the college placement although I have the potential to clear the rounds I've some unique projects but placement cell of our university is really soo bad at pushing students to the company I need a job to get my family stable I'm not getting any guidence I need a job can any one help me out..

It’s easy to blame the placement cell, but you’ve got to take charge. Companies want to see problem-solving skills. Treat this as a challenge and figure out ways to get noticed. Apply everywhere, build your network, and keep pushing

Don’t rely solely on your college’s placement cell, especially if it’s not well-connected. Start applying directly to companies on job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, or AngelList. Many companies love unique projects and self-starters
