Indian ride-hailing company Ola is planning to raise $500 million in an initial public offering (IPO) that would value the company at around $5 billion. 11. Private equity firm ValueQuest has invested in Rentomojo, a furniture and appliances rental platform, as part of the company's Series D funding round. 12. In March, Google Pay and PhonePe, two of the leading UPI transaction platforms in India, processed 5 billion transactions worth INR 7 lakh crore and 6.5 billion transactions worth INR 10 lakh crore respectively.
