Day 19- My journey towards entrepreneurship Hiring a talent is a tedious task, even for a intern position. Recently, i was looking for someone who can handle social media and build a brand story to push majorly for tier 2,3 cities. Out of 50 applicants, 70% were from IIMs. Now I don't really understand if it's their industry teams or brand name, but most of them don't want to work for the value, everyone wants hefty stipend, because, why not, it's an IIM brand. I don't support work for free but going beyond crafted budget even makes very hard to go for a good candidate. Do you guys have any solution? Especially I wanna ask medial team!
