Stop looking for IIT & IIM students, go for some general university passout candidates with good skill because these branded candidates either ask for equity or pay without negotiation.

The problem here is the privilege is so blinding they in their minds believe that there’s nothing better than what they are doing. And if no one wants it THEY are the one losing out on it. Needs a mentality shift. Everyone needs the best of both worlds, incentives have to align similarly

Absolutely right. Someone who really is passionate about startup and wants to work might not have as much educational degress but he might be able to contribute more in startup. Even with low pay.
