That’s a reflection of poor leadership and lack of organization on the founder’s end. If there approach is this, in the long run, they won’t make it. Secondly, your friend should not take this persoanlly in a way that affects his mental health. Take time but move on. Third, if he is full stack, ask him to send me a DM :)
