Over the past two days, my roommate started working as a trainee at Company XYZ. He was really passionate about coding and put in a lot of effort, working day and night. But unfortunately, the company let him go suddenly once the project he was working on was finished, without any warning. They did the same thing to other trainees too. It seems like they hire new trainees for each project and then let them go once it's done, without giving them much notice.
