I was working in one of the organisations where I lead the team of 200+ data collectors, 2 data analysts, 2 Field coordinator. I collected around 1 lakhs plus data for organisations. I also developed three government web-app currently operated by the government of nepal. While I was working everybody became so judgemental regarding my salary. The project report I submitted everything is perfectly fine without any reason they didn't approve my project to decrease my appraisal also most employee complaints about salary and try to reduce. Even they manipulate the project director. when my contract was going to renew they didn't forward my contract. I spoke to the project director regarding the response was not so good. only the project manager was good and he helped in every step. Finally I have to resign due to so much hurdle and negativity in the organisation. To support the organisation. I declined the full stack developer offer from Mumbai also I declined the offer from Delhi as project manager they offered to me.
