A 19 year old girl in a gated society of Noida was raped by a delivery boy because she was alone. He got arrested the same day but the point is why arenโt these companies doing proper background verification? This guy apparently had criminal record.
Technically anyone having a criminal record or issues with them are not supposed to be moving out freely. Anyone moving out in public is considered to be safe.
