We are currently f#€¥ed up because of the wages, may be the person is high on weed or something so that he can do such job at very low wage... You can't predict anything and they way we all are harrassed mentally and physically in our jobs that nothing is predictable!! Taking advantage or releasing stress... We need to do something this cost cutting is sucking us!!

This is mostly because to hire a less salary candidate. Actually many companies and communities running regarding this they give proper training and how to do work and then place them in different places. They should have hired from them tough.
