Hey I am on Medialย โ€ขย 1y

I have been working for 3 years and 10 month now and just turned 26 today. I have done Btech in Civil from an NIT and started working as an engineer (3.6 LPA CTC) In 2020 and now work as a Sr. consultant in the pre-sales division of the same firm (Provide construction tech service)I have been offered a CTC of 22 LPA (18 Fixed + 4 Bonus) and have to travel to the US for 4-6 Months a year to meet our clients and bring new business/qccounts. The US trip ( Including Visa + Accomodation+ Transport etc. )is completely paid by my employer. This is not included in my CTC. I have always wanted to do my MBA from a good BSchool, but did not have the money to go ahead with it. Right now with the new opportunity that the company has offered me, i'm confused on how to move forward. In the coming years I see my self working in consulting or in the business development team of startups and scaling the business and teams. Please let me know your thoughts on how I should progress with my career.
