Judge denies claims on Zuckerberg's liability in Meta harming kids. A US judge on Monday dismissed few cases claiming Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was personally responsible for Facebook and Instagram addiction harming kids. Around 25 lawsuits had accused Zuckerberg of concealing how social media apps could harm kids. Hundreds of lawsuits against Meta and others, alleging that children suffered physical, and mental harm from social media use, are still pending.
