Yeah, you have a point, but these things are already done by these startups but one thing is there nowadays Shop kirana owners have lots of competition from players like DMart, Blinkit , Zepto etc.

Yes they are getting competition and that's why these platforms MAY help them. Tho the main thing which they need is more margin to compete, and jio had also launched a platform fot these retailer to order items which jio orders in bulk so that jio also gets more discount which jio can pass on to the retailer
