People are continuously moving for their betterment but they really don't have long term friends to hangout or talk to them. This is the main reason. Every 2 tier huy going tier1 and every tier 3 guy moving tier2. Life is all about maintaining long term great relations with friends and people. But now a days people changing jobs, places for just 1 or 2 lakhs. This makes the whole difference. Most of the tier1 relations are fake and most of them fake their views, opinions and life's because of rejection. A relation becomes strong when you know about their in and out of a person.
