If we do a lot of customization in our food so the chef will face alot of problems and charges will go up. If there is a person who don't know about spicees and he can randomly choose and when he/she eats it and got to know the test of the food ruined. This cause weast of food . I'm saying because Indians so much curious about customisation. Specially in food or in kitchen also .
