And, remeber this will be consumed by only the top earners of the towns who might be having their own cooks. The major contributors can be students, but do you think they'll be having money to pay to this kind of services. So, I think the scaling factor is the biggest problem in this area, and also profitability as the unit economics doesn't comply with the normal charges of the traditional restuarants. Idea is very good, needs proper business planning and execution, all the very best.

If we do a lot of customization in our food so the chef will face alot of problems and charges will go up. If there is a person who don't know about spicees and he can randomly choose and when he/she eats it and got to know the test of the food ruined. This cause weast of food . I'm saying because Indians so much curious about customisation. Specially in food or in kitchen also .
