What will the catering service provider recieves a 10 different orders at a time, how will they cook them, pack them and deliver them, for this they need atleast 7-8 chefs, 3-4 packagers and 7-8 delivery boys, which will make them a typical restaurant. And, remeber this will be consumed by only the top earners of the towns who might be having their own cooks. The major contributors can be students, but do you think they'll be having money to pay to this kind of services. So, I think the scaling factor is the biggest problem in this area, and also profitability as the unit economics doesn't comply with the normal charges of the traditional restuarants. Idea is very good, needs proper business planning and execution, all the very best.
