Currently I am working with a start up and, no, i wouldnt say the work life balance is anywhere near definition. But the things I’m getting to be part of like fundraising, first hand collabs, industry tends and Interests, that’s unmatched. In the next 5 years I’m at least planning to earn 10x than current be it through esops or salary. So yeah, my point being while there is no balance, expectations and growth potential is high. Downsides are obviously there too.
