See there are pros and cons. Pros: flexibility, from both sides, meaning they might expect you to perform at maybe unexpected times (in start ups) the time might not always be fixed. If you’re someone who likes to spend time with their friends, and enjoy life and it’s moments specifically, that’s where corporate comes in, you’ll almost never are expected to work beyond your working hrs. Startups are really unorganised, And pretty much unsupervised/unstructured in most cases, only if you know your strengths the best, join a start up. :)

That does make a lot of sense. But is it true that startups don't really have a work-life balance? Then everything comes down to what's more important to a person, work -life balance, or opportunity to learn and grow more. Regardless, you can always work in a startup, have good experience and eventually settle for a corporate job (where you'll be able to use all the skills acquired from the startup) and eventually, have a better balance.
