What are the better educational option for final year BTECH students who wants to get more value in their CV and avoid gaps during this recessions? MBA, MTECH or these new startup funded college education like messa?

MBA would definitely be the first option, considerably from a good college. Preferably tier one. If you have a lot of money honestly, only then go for startup funded colleges

Do internships and a have a work ex to get into a good MBA college.
