When will you promote through word of mouth? ✨ Hello everyone, just a bit curious, when are you likely to promote a company, when you have a referral link and money incentive or just you find something(a platform here) cool/useful ?

Platforms that can harness the power of network effects are the ones that don't need marketing; their consumer market spreads through word of mouth. For example (Medial, WhatsApp, Airbnb, and Uber).

A client gave 3 referrals. I closed 2 of them. They didn't see my website/testimonial, no negotiations (infact, upsold one client for an extra $500) - That’s the power of word of mouth.

Why does medial have so much of organic and word of mouth marketing from its users unlike other apps, what's the reason behind it? Niket being connected with his community, them deleting every single useless post, what is it?

i think startup showcase needs to be updated, at first I am thinking to buy premium after that I realised cause in this upvote section people upvote word of mouth, not the idea , so how medial team will solve this
